Polokwane news

Ons Saturday, 15th May 2010, Polokwane Branch of the Watercolour Society, had a very interesting workshop presented by the well-known and talented, Willie Jacobs. He is a portrait artist from Pretoria, and he shared his knowledge and expertise on the basic principles of portrait sketches in charcoal and charcoal pencils.

In this photograph he is seen with the Board Room painting still in progress to demontrate the different levels of the portrait study.

About 25 members of our Watercolour Society attended this day, from 9 am to 4 pm. A light lunch was presented by Annemarie Venter and Monica Erasmus.
